Vegetarian safe foods?!
Vegetarian safe foods?
What are some vegetarian safe foods that I can eat? For example, are there any brands of eggs or milk that do not promote animal harm or the applicance of hormones to said animals? Also, are there any jellybeans that don't have beeswax or gelatin?
Answers:
Most eggs and milk are harmful in some way. And those chickens and cows will eventually go to slaughter.
However, if you are not ready to jump into a vegan lifestyle yet (don't worry, it takes many people over a decade,) free-range would be the way to go. But please research the different cage-free, organic options to find the best one.
And several jelly beans are vegan. Many Jelly-Bellys are. If you have a bulk candy store near, the beans are separated and you can scoop up the vegan/vegetarian ones.

Tofu is one of the best vegetarian foods, it is made from soy beans and is very good source of protein. It is not very tasty on its own, rather bland, but it can be combined with spices, sauces, vegetables and prepared in many ways. Check two websites for the recipes: allrecipes.com (tofu parmigiana) and recipezaar.com.
Both websites have recipes posted rated by users.
Some of the recipes are absolutely delicious.

It is well-known that eggs and milk do not promote animal harm.
There are many vegetarian safe foods out there. You can read the label to find this out. All brands of eggs and milk harm animals. You could switch to soy milk or rice milk for example. I do not know of any jellybeans that are vegetarian.
