Answers:
Although you now have an answer that explains what seitan is he forgot to address taste. Seitan by itself is basically tasteless. The particular entree you reference (Thai Delight) should taste much like any frozen Thai entree. The maker states "...tangy sweet-and-sour sauce, with a hint of chili pepper". Since their primary flavor ingredients are onion, tomato and sugar I'd take them at their word. I would assume the tamari they use is in the seitan, so it should have a slight meat taste much like an Asian marinated chicken.
I've never had their products since I'm not in Canada where they market their products although they sound *really* tasty!!

Seitan is a chewy food rich in protein made from wheat gluten. Although it is made from wheat, seitan is not like flour or bread.

Seitan becomes surprisingly similar to the look and texture of meat when cooked, making it a popular meat substitute.

Seitan can be prepared by hand using either whole wheat flour or vital wheat gluten and is made by rinsing away the starch in the wheat, leaving a high-protein gluten behind. Seitan is similar to tofu due to its ability to take on the textures and flavors one might find in meat.
