Dozens if you make it yourself! Commercially almond seems to be the standard third choice and I've seen Oat milk a few times throughout the years.
Homemade? Most any nut or grain works (as someone else stated).
I've personally made 'milk' from the following nuts and grains (besides soy and rice):
Almond, Hazelnut, Pecan, Macadamia (fantastic and *expensive*), Walnut, Oats, Wheat, Millet, Sorghum, Barley (quite nice), Corn (Maize if UK), Quinoa, Navy beans and most other beans.
Most anything can be 'milked'!! And yes, some are really bizarre!
Edit:
I forgot a really good one. If you can find whole grain Kamut, the resulting 'milk' has a slight taste of butter!
evaporated milk or condensed milk. Condensed may be more sweet though You can by unsweetend condensed.
I am guessing and thinking that you are limiting your options to much or hoping or expecting for a miracle or something with milk, as of now your only other options are human female milk or dried milk
Yes!!there are grain and nut milks available
almond, sesame and other nut milks are good and can be made at home easily using a nutmilk bag, soy milk maker, or even a blender. Raw commercial dairy is always tolerated even by the severely lactose intolerant. You can read about raw milk on my blog, if you like. http://360.yahoo.com/my_profile-8un2kqu5...
Sure. There is Almond Milk. Which I like even better than soy. It's a but more rich than rice milk, I think. But I am sure it is different depending on brands and flovors too.
Try it. It's good :)
almond milk
Nutmilks: Almond, Hazelnut
Oatmilk & theres another Grain milk but I can not remember what it's called.
I have heard of almond milk. I have never tried it though.
You could try almond milk. It is made from almonds (obviously). It's texture is grainy and the color of it is unique.
I've tried it and really didn't care for it. It was a tad too nutty for my cereal and everyday general use.
~~~ and cashew nut milk
Yes in my opinion the best milk.. Coconut Milk it comes
in various ways canned or in carton. I prefer the canned. Shake the cans if one is loose sounding it is equivalent to 2%. If there's no swishy sound from shaking can it's likely good think coconut milk. I like to get one of each and mix them together.. to get a nice velvety drink.. my magic bullet helps me do this!
