IS CHEEsE BAD FOR YOU ???!

Question:

IS CHEEsE BAD FOR YOU ???

Answers:
Cheese isn't bad for you unless you consume more than the average intake. If you want a more vegetarian cheese perhaps look for cheese that doesn't contain rennet. rennet is and animal product and cheese's that state rennet (non-animal) are much more friendly and i find taste just as good.

if you eat to much than you are supposed to on a daily intake, well lets just say you wont be able to poop for a year, but cheese can be very healthy for you if you dont over do it, and dont get the processed junk like american cheese

Too much of anything is not good. 2-3 servings of dairy a day...

Yes and no. Because it is an animal product it has cholesterol, which is bad for you, but because it's dairy it has calcium, which is good for you. I'd say consume it in moderation.

that depends on what you think bad for YOU means. i love cheese. never had a prob with it. its not a major main item in my diet. that might not be too healthy. but cheese, eaten in sensible moderation, is certainly not bad for you. im personally lactose intolerant so milk is out. but i dont have that problem with cheese for some odd reason. i do get my calcium and vitamin d from it so i can get along just fine without drinking milk itself. so i would say cheese isnt bad for ME.

Cheese is good. Eat cheese. Lots and lots!

yes i think cheese is bad for you because cheese contains a lot of chemicals and it may cause digestion problems

Cheese is high in fat, but it also has calcium and protien in it. Like most things, it is ok in moderation!

no its good for you the french eat tons of cheese and have alot less heart attacks than americans. there are chemicals in cheese that are good for you so enjoy

High in calcium, also High in sodium, not especially good or bad!
