Maple syrup, water,cayanne pepper diet?!

Question:

Maple syrup, water,cayanne pepper diet?

Answers:
Thats not a diet..that's a good way to get sick.

Man, dont do it...
Who came UP with this crazy thing?
You will rot your stomach out in two days...
You need to have MEAT if you use cayannne pepper....

It's called the Master Cleanser. It helps flush out your system from toxins in your body. As with any fast you should be very careful when doing this diet & follow directions as delingently.

ok i did it... its not a diet its a cleanse- people lsoe weight because they dont eat fro 10 days... i lost 6 pounds... in 7 days. NOT HEALTHY. but it is good for like 5 days... not 10 ... ur see walls move... jk hhaha good luck

don't do it, juice fast or water fast for 1 day

not really a diet, this is a toxin flush for fasting. better know what you're doing before you start any fast. lot more to consider than just not eating.

My only advice is to not fall for any of these fad weirdo diets. The only reason these fad diets work for some people is the same reason why voodoo or prayer works for others...its because they believe 100% that its working. It has nothing to do with the food, the voodoo, or the prayer.

You forgot the lemon juice, don't forget that!

This is an entertaining diet/cleanse and I tried it once briefly but I doubt it works much differently than any other juice fast.

Fasting can be a good experience and help you get a break from your starch and grease addictions, as long as you pay attention to what your body is telling you and make sure you get enough electrolytes and sugar if needed. If you feel shaky and break out in a cold sweat you need to eat something right away. This happened to me once and I ate some cold tofu and felt 100% better.
