Stuffed pasta?!

Question:

Stuffed pasta?

I bought a big bag of pasta, and sruffed them with spinich and cheese and topped it with tomato and wild mushroom sauce. now I have all the rest of the pasta in my cupboard. Any ideas what I can stuff it with next time? (we're vegitarians)

Answers:
how about quorn mince and do youself a spagetti bolegnase or do a big pasta salad 2 go whith any meal mmm that sounds lovely what u maid

sundried tomatoes and mozarella
ricotta & spinach (not sure what cheese you used the first time)
I often do Spinach & ricotta ravioli and everyone loves it (including the kids!) - serve with a garlicky cheese sauce and a sprinkle of nutmeg. mmmmmmmmm....
ham & cheese
pesto
tomato & basil

good luck!

I like to make polish piroggi. You stuff the pasta with seasoned mashed potato and cheese, I sometimes add spinach, then saute them in butter. (precook the pasta) You can google piroggi for an exact recipe-I tend to just chuck stuff in until it looks and tastes right, so I cant give exact measures, sorry. Your dish sounds yummy!

What about mashed potatoes and sauted mushrooms? Maybe with a little garlic and chives. Stuff them and put in a baking dish. Cover with bechamel sauce and back in the oven. YUM!

ham is not a vegetable

I love ravioli! Spinach & cheese is my fave but you can also try filling it with eggplant or zucchini, or seafoods (shrimps/fish). (- -,)

You guys like mushrooms? (I'm allergic to them,so... yeah. lol)

I'd just suggest some fine-chopped broccoli and mushrooms in the pasta with a little bit of veggie alfredo sauce over it.

Here is one of my favorites.

2 med. zucchini (about 8 oz. each)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
1 sm. fresh, ripe tomato, chopped
1/4 c. peas (fresh or frozen, thawed)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped
or 2 tsp. dried
1/2 tsp. freshly ground back pepperrites.

stuff them with soya mince.
