How can I learn 2 dances by thur??

I have 3 days to learn 2 praise dances.... what are the best ways for me to learn these dances that fast.... how can the leaders show it to me so that I can learn it fast??

You can't learn a new dance if you can't even figure out where to post your questions.
That being said, just do them over and over until you know them.
