What are the best juice cookbook on the market?!

Question:

What are the best juice cookbook on the market?

Answers:
Hi Shana,

I'm not really sure of a good juice cookbook, but there are plenty of alternatives on websites.

One is provided in the source, but i'm sure there are others available. This particular one gives you a fair amount of juices plus some smoothies for those special occasions.

The website also allows you to watch videos on how to make the specific juices- so you can't go wrong!

I swear by "Juicing for Life" by Cherie Calbom and Maureen Keane. It contains juice recipes for common and not-so-common ailments. It also has helpful sections on the basic diet, cleansing diets and juice fasts. The forward is excellent as well. It contains great information about the Standard American Diet, which in essence, is indeed SAD.
LOL.
I hope that helps!

that's ridiculous,, come on man,, just throw stuff into the juicer and enjoy

Just use whatever you have at home and experiment with different ingredients. Follow your senses and avoid putting too many things at the same time. Try tomatoes with celery and a handful of spinach, try apples with cucumber, celery and parsley - you'll soon discover endless variations. Add some lemon or rhubarb for a zesty touch and a fresh drops of extra virgin olive oil when you use carrots. Why spend money on a book if you can spend it on fresh fruit? Besides, there are thousands of recipes on the net.
