I have a bunch of green bananas how can i make them yellow??

put a cut apple in a brown bag with green bananas and open up 3 days later. to make the flesh yellow, fry them! OMG, plantains, sweet or savory are completely, insanely insatiably divinely amazing.

Just let them set out......they should ripen in just 2 or 3 days.

Wait a couple days- after 2-3 days they will be yellow. Remember- never put them in the fridge.
Edit: The brown paper bag is an urban legend. However, it's not like the bag will backfire.
if it does not turn yellow by itself, it will not turn yellow
green bananas are used as cooking bananas, so you have to cook it, you can't eat it raw when it's green
