They only seem that way to other desperate vegans. Personally, I am an Animist who believes everything has a value, even veggies, so I fail to see what respect you pay to the innocence of their lives when you chop, slice and dice..
Lol, I noticed, too! My boyfriend is vegetarian, and he looks young and is very energetic for his age. It's probably because vegetarians don't pack on the fat, and smell really good because they don't have any smelly dead animals in their system.
Are they? I haven't noticed a difference.

Guess it because we don't have all those bad stuff that animal products have in them in us!! We eat healthier so you are what you eat!! And another reason is that we have compassion written all over our faces!! Its naturally attractive!! I mean wouldn't you like to kiss someone who has not got bad meat breath!! Or be with someone who has a lot of energy and show you the smaller and pretty things in life?
Because I have found by not eating meat I stay skinny without having to do anything at all. Everyone else is sitting around getting fat so it's not too hard to compete.
they aren't, at least not all of them. as many ugly disgusting vegetarians as the rest of us. some of them look rather sickly.
