I like it med. well. I also like to marinate it in lemon juice & teriyaki sauce before I grill it. yummmm
Has to be less than medium. Any more than that and it's burned and dried out.

chicken has to be well done ,pork chop can be cooked less to keep them from drying out . now steak is more tender the less you cook it . I like mine rare has to have blood in it.

I like mine medium rare with pork, juicy and can still taste the pure meat..but well done with chicken..
