Where do I buy Aduki beans in the West of Scotland?!

Question:

Where do I buy Aduki beans in the West of Scotland?

Answers:
tesco sell them as do holland and barret and julian graves. sometimes independant health food shops

Here's a link to an Asian online store...

Mum gets them from Tesco/Sainsbury, even Holland & Barret if she really wants them.

They are a bit pricey there though. Best tip is to go to Chinese Supermarket & find them there. Chinese call them "Hoong Dao" Red Beans. You should find them there.

Try Chinatown in Glasgow or some of the larger Chinese supermarkets around - I know there are some as my Auntie goes there.

Good Luck!

Hello Margaret! Do you have a Sainsbury's? (they do frozen aduki beans), a Holland and Barratts or a Booths in your area? They are places in England that I have bought them from. A good healthfood shop may also stock them!! They are delicious so I hope you find some. Mind you they do Exactly what Gillian McKeith says they do , but you will feel good for it!!!
