Question:

Where can I find ingredients for a veggie burger?

Im having a best friend over she a vegetarian.
any stores available in Phx AZ like walmart or target

Answers:
Yes Wal-Mart has frozen veggie burgers in the frozen foods aisle. Try Boca or MorningStar Farms brands because they are the best! Then you could gather the other original ingredients but check with her before you buy some cheese or mayo or whatever. That kind of stuff depends on what kind of vegetarian she is. You can fry these type of burgers, grill, microwave, or bake them. I per fer the baked because it savors the flavor. Also, try the classic side to go along with it french fries cooked in vegetable oil! Good luck!

You probably already have everything that you need to make a veggie burger. So, just search for veggie burger recipes. Yes, your search parameters are that simply.

It looks really good!
But if you don't have the time to make one, you can buy some really good ones from grocery stores. Amy's is a nice brand.
