tesco's bubble and squeak is really nice, but i agree about m&s, there ready meals are the best i've ever had.
At ASDA, close to where they sell the quiche, there's veggie options that are soooo good.. cooks fast too (microwave)
Weight Watchers have some lovely vegetarian meals . I have to agree with some of the other people who have answered you M&S sell some blooming gorgeous vegetarian dishes.
