What is the best Vegan Cookbook to purchase?!

Question:

What is the best Vegan Cookbook to purchase?

I'm looking for the best cookbook with the easiest to find products and most flavorful recipes.

Answers:
I really enjoy "Vegan with a Vengeance" and "the vegetarian meat and potatoes" cookbooks. Plus, going to www.vegweb.com is a one of a kind hub for millions of things.

La Dolce Vegan by Sarah Kramer

I would recommend Vegan Feasts by Rose Elliott : http://astore.amazon.co.uk/recipesforveg...

Try cracking open "World Vegan Fusion Cuisine" by Mark Reinfeld, a vegan chef/restaurant owner. It's foreworded by Jane Goodall, and has won several awards, including "Best Veg Cookbook in the USA".

Here's a link:

I'm a traditionalist, I guess, and I love Molly Katzen's "Moosewood" cookbooks. The recipes are delicious, the illustrations are a hoot, and the ingredients are pretty easy to come by.

The cookbooks are usually available at Alibris at a very good price, so you might want to check out that source before buying anywhere else:

If you already know how to cook, The Accidental Vegan is a good one. I do best looking at the cookbooks at the bookstore before purchasing. This book doesn't give you step by step instructions, but if you know how to cook, the flavors are right on. Molly Katzen's books aren't vegan just to comment on the post above.
