Vegans please help!?!

Question:

Vegans please help!?

I was wondering what non-food items are non-vegan?
...shampoos, soaps, deodorants, perfume...

Answers:
Check out publications from PETA, etc. Check ingredients ~~ look for no animal testing, no animal ingredients. Dr. Bronner's soaps are vegan(bar & liquid). They are vegetable castille. Tom's of Maine has toothpaste/body sprays/shaving cream.

for vegan shoes you can buy Vans (Geoff Rowley's signature shoes)
Those are what I buy.
I don't think any bar soaps are vegan friendly.

Well, lots of soap is made from animal fat :(

Aveda products are completely vegan and all of their ingredients and final products are never tested on animals (they test on people, instead). I use Aveda shampoo, conditioner, face and body wash. I've tried their sample perfumes a couple of times and really liked them. Dr. Bronner makes a line of castile soaps that are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Kiss My Face is cruelty-free and you might try www.vegansociety.com for more info about vegan healthcare products. And there's always PETA of course. :o) Hope this helps! I've been vegan for almost 4 years.

Arbonne is awesome. I've been using it for years. You can e-mail me for more info. Tom's of Maine is good for toothpaste and mouthwash.
