Whats the hottest you can dehydrate fruit before it's considered cooking?

I've got this dehydrator and it goes from 95 to 155 but 155 seems a bit hot,,, and im raw

From a raw foodist point of view, you never go higher than 115 or you start losing those good enzymes.

I love my dehydrator.

You can make soy jerky in your dehydrator too!

Get some extra firm tofu. Slice it thin and marinate it for a day. Then chuck it in the dehydrator!

I love Soy Vey for soy jerky marinade. Their Wasabiyaki is the BEST!
