Tofu in packed meal?

i need to bring my own tea to this shakespeare thing and i was wondering if i would be able to put some tofu in it i did this once and it went all sour. how can i stop it from going bad?


Answers:
Parboil the whole block for a few minutes before slicing and adding it to sauces. Using an acidic sauce will also slow microbial growth.
