Blue or purple potatoes..usually found at health food stores or speciality stores. They look brown on the outside, but when cut open they are bluish/purple. They taste great and make the funnest mashed potatoes.

There is potatos that are blue, you can find them in some grocery stores. Not all of them carry them. Most grocery stores have the blue potato chips in the all natural section.

I was gonna say blueberries but I guess that would be a fruit because it comes from a bush/tree/vine.

Besides the previously mentioned vegies, there is a blue yam from the Philipines. Makes great sweets, especially ice cream. I buy them from the local Asian grocery.

Blue Congo potatoes, very nice looking.
You can for example make blue mashed potatoes.

Blueberrys are blue to make muffins!

or and blue gabbage... i don't know why we need it.. we have purple.. i guess it's ok... mix a bit of purple, blue and green cabbage and you have a nice salad spread or bedding for the table.
