Can fruitarians drink soy milk?!

Question:

Can fruitarians drink soy milk?

ok i need to know if people who only eats food uncooked can drink soymilk? I know i know they eat food uncooked, and soy milk needs heat to make it, so pretty much it's a no go, but maybe i'm wrong, anyone know? i checked wiki already, anyone?

Answers:
It depends. If they make their own soymilk and don't heat the soybeans to make it, then sure. Why not? I've heard of fruitarians making and drinking nut milk.

id ask your doctor. it sounds like it should be ok though,

Why not!!

My daughter is a fruitarian and she drinks soy protein drinks

Examples of fruits are: Pineapple, mango, banana, avocado, apple, melon, orange, etc., all kinds of berries, and the vegetable fruits such as tomato, cucumber, olives; and dried fruits such as nuts, hazelnuts, cashews, chestnuts, etc.. And seeds including sprouted seeds.

So tell me, what sort of fruit or seed is soy? Soy is basically toxic, not fit for human consumption. Google soy dangers.

Actual soya beans is a good diet in that, it contains a lot of proteinand little vitamin such that in other not to suffer from protein difficiency soya beans milk can be of great help.the heat is only to sterilize the milk from bacteria(note some fruit juices also under go sterilization )and other microbes.
