Is there a difference between a vegan and a raw vegan?!

Question:

Is there a difference between a vegan and a raw vegan?

when your a raw vegan does that mean u dont eat soy? like soy meat or tofu. is it just all vegetables? please help!!!!

Answers:
one is stupid and the other is a rabbit

vegans eat cooked food and raw vegans do not...raw vegans eat more than veggies...they eat grains that are sprouted - which I suppose you can do to soy beans...fruit, nuts and seeds...

vegans eat any food that is not meat, eggs, or dairy

a raw vegan is also limited to these foods, but they don't cook their food (hence, 'raw')

Raw foodism is when you don't use heat to cook your food (can't go over 118 degrees F). So a Raw Vegan is one who eats only plants, and they can't be heated past 118 degrees F.
Processed food, like Boca burgers and Tofu crumbles, will not passed the 118 degree test. Tofu is cooked soybean and then compressed into a block. So no to all that you exampled.
So what can you eat? Mostly vegetables and fruits of course. Raw food chefs have come up with clever ways of eating many different vegetables and fruits in a dish. "Pasta" dishes are squash cut with a peeler to make into "noodles" and you get a blended marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes and basil instead of cooked. Their are lots of sauces and soups that are made with vegetables/fruit and a blender, and gazpacho is one that is known commonly. Sprouts are made from beans/seeds, and soybean can be one of them. Sprouts have more protein than meat pound per pound. And grains are usually soaked overnight to get rid of undigestible enzymes, and then dehydrated to a crispy type of cracker or bread. Dehydrated vegetables and fruits are also raw, since the dehydrated warms them as it dries them, but doesn't go over 118 degrees.
Hope this helps.
PS. Chad Sarno is my favorite raw food chef!

people have this Idea that If You took from the plant or the animal then you used a form of abuse to The existing Vegtable. So if it falls or isnt picked at i.e. Tree or Plant. it is not Cruel....!
