Made of Cast Iron, gas, electric and still some coal or wood models made, it has 5 ovens, a variable cooktop, and now are being exported to North America from the U.K,, there they are a staple in a gourmet kitchen, I was a chef for 20 yrs in Canada and had the opportunity to cook on one when I visited a mate in Manchester years ago, but they are expensive, arounf $5000, but last 20 to 50 yrs, you will never buy another in you life time for sure.
