Best foods to eat for anti aging?!

Question:

Best foods to eat for anti aging?

Answers:
Since you are in the vegetarian section, I'm guessing you aren't talking about the Salmon diet.

One school of thought is that foods low in simple carbohydrates (white flours and sugars) and richer in clean proteins will help minimize the appearance of aging. And loading with lots of antioxidants, like those found in blueberries, will help speed the turnover of the skin and keep it nourished.

Another school of thought is that a simple well-rounded vegetarian diet, without an excess of carbs, fats, or processed foods, can also help. By only putting pure things into the body (meat is not pure), the body has to work less to process them.

But, all the blueberries in the world won't reverse 35 years in the sun while smoking and drinking. However, proper diet can give the skin a healthier appearance. But, it's all proportional.

Bird nests soup with red dates and Chinese ginseng.

your going to age no matter what...but, to slow it down..you take care of yourself...sleep, rest, exercise...dont smoke, laugh alot..get to know god.

eating meat is very difficult for the body to break down...and, it is loaded with chemicals..eat .lots of veggies, (frozen)...is best I feel...whole grain breads, and pastas, rice, garlic...brewers yeast..tofu...all these foods are good for you...
