It's sauage-like in shape and casing but made of veggies and soy 'meat'
Morning Star makes a very good vegetarian sausage.
Vegetarian "sausage" is made from soy products and sometimes quorn (a fungus like mushrooms), that are seasoned the same way a meat sausage would be. Personally, I think they taste good...you just have to get used to the different texture.

its made from stuff like veggies/mushrooms/and soy, which soy comes from a soy bean. it also has egg, and dairy sometimes.
