Which is healthy ...........Veg or Non-veg ???
Answers:
well.....veg foods doesnt require much energy for breakdown in our stomach (mostly 1 hr) while the non veg require lots of energy for their breakdown (6-7 hours).
So I think Veg is healthier
Veg if you have a healthy level of protein and vitamins.
Both are healthy...

The best of any thing is the middle, meaning in your case to eat every thing but, think of your stomach this way:
Third of it's volume for food and third for drinking and third for you to breath freely.
Also you should eat when ever you're hungry and when you do don't get full.
you'll feel very light and healthy then.
i thik its Non-Veg

veg and egg are healthy.non veg can be eaten at a 3 day interval for best health.

Usually people consider vegetarian/vegan diets to be healthier. This CAN be true, and for the most part it is.
BUT, you can also have a very healthy diet if you chose to eat lean (organic) meats in moderation.
It depends on your overall diet. If a veg. simply cuts out meat and replaces it with greasy fries for dinner, and lacks overall nutrients, then their diet is not healthy. They may also lack Omega 3 fatty acids, which are very important for heart and immune health. Omega 3 from fish is better than from flaxseed.
Generally, a well balanced veg. diet is considered very healthy, but a meat eating diet filled with fish, beans, whole grains, and lean meats (organic if possible) can also be stellar.
It really depends on how you do it. Personal choice. I was purely veg. for health reasons and not political or ethical reasons, so once I realized that fish would HELP and not harm my health, I began to eat meat again.
veg only.
Both foods are healthy. It isn't for nothing that people consume non-vegetarian foods too!!!!
Vegetarian foods like lentil, soya, cereal and milk contain protien, all cereals, potatoes and sugar-based foods contain carbohydrates, butter, sunflower oil, coconut oil and ghee will give you fat.
Non-vegetarian foods like fish, meat and eggs have large amounts of protien and also contain fat. Egg Yolk is also a source of vitamin B 6, and meat, fish, poultry and milk have Vitamin B 3.
Both can be healthy and both can be unhealthy, it all depends on what the person eats and how balanced their diet is.
veg is best than non-veg.
veg is healthier than non-veg
