Raw food people, answer please?
I know about the benefits of eating raw food in terms of keeping the maximum of enzymes, nutrients, etc. That's why I eat a lot of raw fruits veggies and nuts in my diet. What I don't understand is why some people advocate removing cooked foods from my diet. What's the point? What's wrong with eating both?

There's nothing wrong with eating both. Some people advocate for not eating cooked food because when you cook food the wrong way or for too long it will lose it's nutrients that are good for you. I agree with you....there is no point.
