Jack La lanne power juicer instruction booklet?

I recently bought a Jack La Lanne power juicer, and have misplaced the booklet that came with it.

The store that I bought it from said they cannot help me. I have researched online to see if the manufacturer will send me one. Sure, it's free, but with an $8 postage fee. GMAB

Anyone with a JLL Power Juicer who can help me out? What I need is to see for sure how to take it apart to clean it.

Oh, and recipes would be great, too! :)
