I just became vegan because I'm digusted by animal abuse, but I'm not entirely sure how to get the nutrition I need. can someone give me some sites and/or a list of things that can help me with my nutrition and are meatless and dairy less

If you go to some health food stores like wholefoods. Check in their wholebody area where the books are. Also look for a curry tofu recipie its really good.

.I grow organic fruit and vegetables. Beans and rice make a complete protein.Nuts are another way to balance your diet.Their are soy products out there too.whole grains have some proteins. Also there are organic dairy farms and egg farms that let there animals free range.No antibiotics or hormone growths.By the organic standards farmer are not allowed to used a chemicals at all.I've raised chickens without any hormone growths or chemical treat feeds and antibiotics. The chickens runs around the barn yard getting into so many things it funny.I hope to inform you that not all farmer are cruel to their animals I love my farm animals and treat them with love and kindness to sell their milk, cheese and eggs. I hope this open up your mind a little.
