Answers:
Yes--- I used to grow it in my garden, and we ate most everything that grew! Cauliflower leaves, broccoli leaves, kohlrabi leaves etc. Put into soups and stir fries (like cabbage)--- or lightly fried in a bit of sesame oil with garlic and salt... some hot peppers if you like them. Most all greens are yummy cooked quickly in a wok like that--- mustard greens, kale, young tender collards, etc.
What's that!??!
srry but i not sure
Never even heard of those.
I'm not sure about the greens, but the kohlerabi is definitely edible, as I'm sure you are aware.
Kohlrabi is from the German and means cabbage turnip. Yes you can eat the leaves, but use only the tender young ones. Cook them like you would any other greens.
Yes you can. I imagine the texture would be like swiss chard but with a more cabbagey flavor. Never tried them though. Let us know how it works out.
I can't stand kohlrabi itself. Yuck!
If they are not from animals, then yes.
If they are from animals, then no.
DUH. Can't you figure that out for yourself?
Never heard of them.
