Do you juice fruit an vegetables? Have your health improved since you started?
Answers:
yes you can juice them if you want to
I have started eating a whole foods diet, as organic as possible, including juicing vegetables and fruits every day, and yes I do feel better. I don't have any significant health problems, but little things I have noticed are that my finger nails are stronger and shinier, I have a lot more energy, my skin has a healthier glow, and less acne. Juicing is great for people that are sick, especially if they are very sick because it nourishes the body and helps the body to have the energy and nutrients needed to heal itself.
Our daily diets are very lacking in nutrients due to the processing of the food we eat, and if we don't eat any raw vegetables or fruits regularly we are missing out on important nutrients our body needs especially the live enzymes and chlorophyl that is in the vegetables and fruits, which are still "alive" when we eat them. Without them, our body has to produce them on their own and this deplets our body over time and causes degenerative diseases which would virtually disappear in our culture if everybody took care to eat properly.
My favourites are avocado and mango juice.
I feel very good after drinking it, but I don't feel any healthier. I drink fruit juice because it's easier than eating the whole fruit. Maybe I'm healthier because I haven't been sick for 2 years.

i drink juice as replacement for the meal and drink mineral water only. you will felt hungry but you wont get sick because you receive nutrition from the juice.
goodluck if you want to try it....
You have received some great answers so far. I have been juicing fruit and vegetables every morning for 3 years now, and have experienced the same benefits. Juicing allows you to benefit from phytonutrients (plant nutrients) from various produce that would be impossible to consume otherwise. Nutrition is powerful stuff. It can make us well, or ill. Eating natural, unprocessed food - like fruits and vegetables - is definitely a step in the right direction.
