Are there any vegetarian multi-vitamins that you only have to take once a day?!

Question:

Are there any vegetarian multi-vitamins that you only have to take once a day?

Some multi-vitamins get there source from meat. The ones that i'm 100% sure that don't contain meat have to be taken multiple times a day, which i don't want to do.

Vitamins don't come from cows, just take 'em, you are weird!!

i take an animal-friendly mulit-vitamin once a day. it's high in iron and b12 along with others. it's the children's kind (i'm 14) but it still makes up for alot of what i'm missing from not eating meat. it's the store brand (food lion).

You don't need to take vitamin suppliments if you are a vegetarian.

Unless you have a specific medical condition that reguires you to eat these pills, i would suggest the best way to get all your vitamins is to have a range of fruit, veggies, nuts and cereals.

I've been veggie for 27 years, never ill, no suppliments and spend much of my time working our arabel farm.
