There's this stuff you can get in Wal-Mart called "Tofu Cutlet", it's amazing. It's aged so it has a yummy crust.

for me, i like the fresh ones best. those are the ones sold out of the package, it's just in a bucket and you pick it yourself heeheee.

I like the "White Wave" brand, because the extra firm is actually nice and firm!

All tofu taste the same to me but if I had to chose it would have to be Nasoya Tofu, especially the Chinese spice with noodles.
Their tofu comes in many variations (firm, extra firm, cubed, etc.).
