"Rocket", often used in salads (very aromatic).
i think its a type of dessert(israeli?) bread. i dont like it at all.
It is a type of leaf vegetable, and although often mistaken for a sort of lettuce, is in fact a herb, being a member of the mustard family. It is rich in vitamin C and iron.
Arugula (or rocket; english term) is a peppery green. Depending on the type it ranges from mild to very intense. It's great in salads and sandwiches.
It's a spicy leafy veggie, yummie on sandwiches.
It is a green that is similar to spinach. Its not spicy.

It is an Italian lettuce variety. Commonly known as rocket in English-speaking countries. It is a peppery flavoured lettuce and in Italy known as Rucula. In Italy it is use as a salad item but I have also had it as a garnish on pizzas in Italy. I love it and I grow it here in Australia where it is marketed as Rocket.
It is a leafy vegetable in the Brassicaceae (broccoli or cruciferous family). Baby arugula is mild and peppery, and in my experience, not bitter at all. Mature arugula is bitter and best combined with milder greens.
You can also cook arugula but it takes away the peppery flavor and tastes more like spinach.
Looks like there's another stacy c here!
Dark Green Spicy Lettuce & is good cooked too.
