Personally I make it with half the amount of soy sauce and oil, so it doesnt turn out to liquidy. Also dont add the vegetables or seasonings it will throw off the recipe.

The best way is to cook tofurkey is to: Cover with herbs of choice, baste with butter and chicken flavor seasoning ( mixed with small amount of chicken broth or water.) Bake 350 10-15 min per pound. until warm cover loosely with foil. Enjoy!
Follow the directions on the package. That's what I do and it turns out awesome every time.
