Question:

NAPA CABBAGE, chinese cabbage how to eat?

my friend give me some free napa, but I don't know how to cook it....in a soup? chop it up and stir fry? anyone eats napa?
napa is also used in kimchi,I luv kimchi, but I am not going to make that, i think it takes 1 year to make kimchi, what to do with my new found goodie?

You can use napa cabbage similar to celery, chop it up and add it to your favorite soups or stir fry. If you like the taste fresh you could add some to a salad. The options are endless.
