What are other alternatives if u can't eat fruits or veggies?!

Question:

What are other alternatives if u can't eat fruits or veggies?

Answers:
There are other foods you can eat besides fruit and veggies (meat, grains, legumes, eggs, dairy,etc..) but I do not think there are any alternatives. Fruits and veggies provide your body with much needed vitamins and minerals. If you are unable to consume fruits and veggies you will need to take vitamin supplements to compensate for their absence. Also, fruits and veggies provide fiber so you may also need to take a fiber supplement. You should consult a dietitian if you are truly unable to eat vegetables and fruit.

If you are inquiring about the vitamin content...you can take vitamin supplements (ie Vitamin C for Citrus, etc.) to compensate for the loss...if it is the food aspect...just eat other nutritious items...cheese, nuts, seeds, etc.

Dirt.

Well their are a few. Grains, beans, tofu, and faux meat products.

Grains, such as bread, rice, and pasta are all tasty and somewhat good for you.

Beans are great for you and have a lot of protein and vitamins. And there are tons of varieties, like navy, pinto, and lima.

Tofu can take on the flavor of anything and can be made into anything. Such as stir frys, ice cream, tofurky, sour cream, and ricotta cheese like substances. Tofu is also high in protein and therefore really good for you.

Faux meat products, such as veggie burgers, and fake bacon, are both tasty and good for you. Most are really realistic in both texture and taste. It is also full of protein, so once again, it is good for you.

Hope this helps

Nuts, I guess. And brans.
