I would like to make a Thai peanut sauce at home that isn't spicy. Any good recipe suggestions?

2 cups of sauce
20 min 10 min prep
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts (or 2 tbsp. peanut- butter)
1/3 cup coarsely chopped onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2-3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
red pepper flakes (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Blend in blender to make paste.
Cook over low heat.
Stir constantly (around 10 minutes).
Serve hot with grilled Satay.

1/2 cup coconut milk

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, water, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix in the cilantro just before serving.
