Vegetarian shopping list?!

Question:

Vegetarian shopping list?

Going vegetarian. lacto-ovo. I need a shopping list and maybe some recipes to help me get started.

Answers:
I have some great meals for you. Mmm. I cook my own vegetarian dinners every night, so I've gotten pretty good.

Falafels are delicious--they're Middle Eastern and absolutely delicious. You get a can of chick peas and a tablespoon of peanut butter and puree them. Next, roll them into balls and fry them in a pan. Serve in a pita with yogurt, lettuce and tomato.

I'm also a big fan of vegetarian tacos. Most grocery stores carry Morningstar Farms meatless ground beef. Use that as a ground beef substitute.

Another dish I love is golden sesame tofu. Drain your tofu (extra-firm) for about thirty minutes (I wrap mine in paper towels and set cans on top for pressure). Next, cut it into cubes and make sure each side of the cube gets covered in flour. Pour about an inch of oil (I like corn or canola) in a pot and heat on medium. Drop the tofu in and cook for about ten minutes. Next, add a sauce. I like to heat soy sauce, garlic and honey and pour it on top of the tofu. Add sesame seeds as a garnish.
