Check on www.happycow.com but there are about 100 vegi or vegi friendly restaurants in London.

I eat at these places

For Chinese vegi there is a chain with names like Chai. Tao. etc in Greek st , Compton st and 15 more locations for good Buffet.

Maos in Compton st,
Govindas 10 Soho square.

These are all good cheap eats

For posh vegi food

Eat and 2 veg....Marylebone High st
Mana....Primrose hill
The Gate....Hammersmith
Woodlands....off Leicester Square good Indian

Mantra in Soho is a no,no.
also Chai Pani .....overpriced bad Indians

But best check a proper guide

try the angus steak house.

There used to be a big vegetarian restaurant at the back of the square in Leicester Square but I am not sure if it is still there otherwise go to an Indian restaurant and ask for a vegetarian meal as they have a large variety of vegetables.

I love the Rasa Indian veggie restaurant in Mayfair, please check the link below.

Hope it helps!

I love Eat and two Veg in Marylebone. Not quite the West End but the restaurant is great, check it out.

.ok, you are veggie, fine if uyou wanna dinning out in london
for veggie, then just go with link, you will find lots vegetarian
restaurants list.I eat all these places. some are best restaurants.

All The Best

For me it has to be Mildred's in Soho. Even the most diehard meat eaters think the burgers are fantastic. They also have plenty of vegan options.

You can't book and it gets busy in the evenings so you might want to book the upstairs room if there's a lot of you. (My only gripe with that is the rude pictures on the walls - not very gastronomic!)
