Feeling Sick?!

Question:

Feeling Sick?

Im thinking about becoming a vegetarian and heard that you get sick because your body is not getting toxins from meat... Is this true?

Answers:
NO! I'm a vegetarian and I'm still kicking.
Look you are what you eat all right? Human are not mean to eat meat, our stomach are not like tiger and lion but more on goat and cow.
if you feel that you don't have enough supply, you can alway take vitamins and mineral pills ok.

you can get sick if you don't eat a healthy balanced diet. make sure you get protein in non animal forms like tofu or peanut butter.

You heard hat you get sick? did your college buddy tell you that? Maybe because your body is using all the healthy veggies to help your body get rid of the toxins that have built up from a non-vegetarian, non-nutritious diet. That's what can make you feel like you have a mild flu. If you drink 3 or more quarts of water a day and it will help flush out your toxins so you won't feel sick.
Also a vegetarian and a person who doesn't eat meat is different... donuts, pasta, white bread, cheese sauce, ice cream- arn't meat or veggies... for a reference on a good nutritious diet go to

no! my friend is a vegetarian long ago and she is not SICK! she is only 12...

I have to let you know that this question made me laugh out loud, at work. Thanks. :D

True, you are not ingesting toxins from meat but when has ingesting less toxins ever made anyone sick? When you see the word toxin, read poison or something bad that does not belong in your body. Getting less of a bad thing would not make you sick. Do you see why this is funny yet?

No being Veggie does not make you sick Viruses, bacteria, fungi, and meat make you sick.

nope.

NO way , it didn't happend to me at all.
