I am looking for a source for sour kraut juice?!

Question:

I am looking for a source for sour kraut juice?

I cannot find the juice in the grocery or health food store.
I might even consider making it if there is a quick recipe that any knows about but I had much rather just buy it.

Drain some kraut. Buy saurkraut (Canned or bagged) and drain it.

I only have the same drain suggestion.....you can freeze the kraut for later use. As long as you don't rinse it it will retain the flavor.
