What are some cons. about vegetarianism.?

I'm doing a project on vegetarianism and i need pros and cons. I have loads of pros. but i have no cons. i tried the libary but all i could find was pros on vegetarianism. If anyone could help me that would be great. And could you list some sources of anything that might lead to cons. of vegetarianism? That's great. I'm not asking you to do the project just some ideas.

I'm a vegan, so I take heat worse than regular veggies do! lol.

A con for vegetarianism is that it isn't very socially accepted. There are a lot of people who are misinformed (or just don't care), and look down on vegetarians/vegans. And sometimes it's hard to find substitutes--especially if you're vegan! A lot of restaurants and fast food places don't recognize vegetarianism and make it harder for us to follow our lifestyles.

p.s. I've been vegetarian for more then 10 years so more cons i can't come up with...

its hard to get all the needed vitamins but these are usually substituted some people fret over not having enough protein i believe that protein can be found in enough other places but i have no evidence to prove that i would think vegetarianism would be a lot healthier

I have been vegetarian for five years and the only con I can come up with is that there are no substitutes for cottage cheese and ricotta.b

im a vegetarian and i havent found any cons about vegatarianism... all i can say is that you get most of your protiens and vitamins from dairy products.

Being a vegetarian means that you will not get any vitamin B12, which can only be found in meat sources. This vitamin is essential for helping to produce blood. So, vegetarians may have to get their intake of B12 from pills.

I've been vegetarian for 2 years and the only con I have is getting picked at by meat-eaters. Vegetarianism is a great thing, but everybody thinks they know what's best for you.

Some vegetarian meat substitutes are very high on sodium, like veggie burgers, veggie dogs... It's the only con I can't think of
