Question:

Answers:
Oatmeal will keep you feeling full for several hours. As will a peanut butter or grilled cheese sandwich.

Any type of rice makes me feel full. That or bread.

Rice, pasta, and especially couscous.

goat cheese and leek tart, vegetarian potpie (with biscuit crust!), Irish potato coddle, roasted veggies and bread dipped in olive oil, sandwiches (baked tofu, romaine, cheese, dijon mustard, tomatoes, etc.), baked polenta rounds with pesto and sundried tomato on top, vegetable lasagna, eggs-in-a-hole, vegetarian eggs benedict, biscuits and vegetarian sausage gravy, roast vegetable hummus kalaya, artichoke dip with toast.

Heh, shall I go on?

Bran cereal

Food that is high in protein will keep you full for a long time, say soya bean, beans, pulses. Moreover, they keep you healthy and fit too!!!!!!! The Indian thali is therefore ideal, comprising of dal, rice, pulses and roti.............. An ideal, healthy diet..............

nuts or beans

Mashed potato

Im not a vegetarian but rice fills me up quickly. I like steamed white rice. also pasta.

Rice, pasta, bread...

If you're not too big on carbs though, I love raw veggies

mashed potatoes and vegie burgers

Potatoes. In the summer, I grill them and eat with ketchup. I can eat 3 potatoes worth myself and I am stuffed afterwards. But you need to make sure that you eat a wide variety of vegetarian foods.

I really love this drink made by Odwalla. It is called super protein, and it has like 18 grams of protein in it. It comes in green tea, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. It is made with soy and is extremley filling. I can barley drink the entire thing.

by itself? Like 1 ingredient? I don't cook things plain so I'm not sure how to answer that. I make make alot of pasta and rice dishes.
