My hubby eats three every morning. Eggs are a great source of protien. But I wouldn't do more than 5 a day they are good for you but too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing. Over eating of anything is not good for you. Just don't drink them raw it really isn't good for your digestive tract.
It depends on a few things; your weight, bodybuilding goals (bulking or getting cuts) and the rest of your diet. The eggs should always be cooked. Don't do the "rocky" thing! Eggs can be contaminated with salmonella and if eaten uncooked can give you food poisoning. You'll feel nauseous, vomit and have diarrhea.
If you want to build mass you have to stoke your metabolism with lots of protein. 5 egg WHITES with oatmeal in the morning, chicken breast and broccoli around noon, lean fish like halibut and brown rice around 4 and the same egg whites and oatmeal aroun 8. The key is to eat 4 times per day and keep all salt, sugar and sugar substitutes out of your diet completely.
Keep in mind that you can also be a bodybuilder on a Vegan or vegetarian diet.
