First off, most vegetarians are omnivores. Most "carnivores" of the human variety are omnivores, too. The only human herbivores are vegans.
Vegetarians who choose their foods wisely get all the nutrition they need, just like the so-called "carnivores." Being a vegan is trickier, and takes a lot more effort.
I've been a vegetarian for 34 years. It was hard the first 25, especially in states like Texas and Maine, but the country is finally coming around, and products that were once the domain of "health" stores are now found in conventional grocery outlets.
What it comes down to is "Each to their own," but it takes a lot less land and water to maintain a vegetarian lifestyle, not to mention it's more humane since that lifestyle doesn't come at the expense of cows, chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep, etc.
u must eat all food stuffs or u will have nutritional defeciency.
Vegeteriens r at risk of folic acid defeciency ;megaloblastic anemia.
CARNIVORE ANYTIME

Are you asking a question?
And this has precisely what to do with modern vegetarianism? You can't use dinosaurs to show anything related to the human diet.
All mammals, including cats and dogs, evolved from herbivorous reptiles millions of years ago, so herbivores do turn into carnivores, but this shows nothing at all as well.
