I can't seem to find a recipe for this....anyone vegan out there that could help?

I just did a Google search and found a yummy-sounding raw vegan macadamia nut ricotta cheeze recipe. (see my source below)

Oh, also, a company called PlayFood (www.playfood.org, but their website isn't up yet) makes really good cashew-based raw vegan cheeze. It comes in a bottle, and reminds me of my cheese-whiz days.
