Too much beans (red kidney beans) bad for you?!


Question: Too much beans (red kidney beans) bad for you?
I love beans. The type i often eat is red kidney beans. I've been eating it everyday for the past 3 weeks or so. Before i would eat it about once a week, but now i'm finding i like it more and eat it everyday, but i've been eating it about twice daily now for the past few weeks. I ate it this afternoon with tofu and just had it for again for dinner with a hot dog bread, just the bread alone. Is too much bad for you? I'm going to decrease how much of it i eat, but i'm just curious. I also read here on yahoo answers that beans contain a lot of uric acid which may cause arthritis. Someone also said they contain a lot of plant hormones, which aren't good for the body? Are these true?

I envy you ,that is fantastic ,for health reasons ,it will benefit you big time ,firstly your blood pressure will improve ,secondly your cholesterol level will plummet ,thirdly the soya based product will give you lift you need ,complimented by the tofu ,and bread roll ...far out..as for all the other comments about arthritis ,and uric acid whole lot of garbage stick to what you like , you know people all have to put in their thoughts ,the what if`s etc.you are on the right track
