We'd suggest snacking on a YoCrunch 100-Calorie pack! With only 100 calories (obviously!), the YoCrunch 100-Calorie packs make healthy snacking easy with convenient single-serving packaging. The non-fat yogurt, sweetened with Truvia, is topped with sweet, crunchy goodness that won't leave you feeling deprived but won't derail your diet either.

My diet doesn't allow desserts or snacks..
I'm not even drinking beer this month..at least not very much..
But since I exercise and use weights..I use a Box of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls and a quart of milk as a re-fresher..
I use PowerBARS..
I ate a bag of potato chips on Wednesday..actually finishing them Thursday afternoon..
..haven't used the Little Debbie Swiss Rolls since last summer..
I just don't eat dessert..
But I have some canned apple pie filling and a ready made pie crust--I'm thinking of making small apple pies tonite..
Last week I used a can of apple pie filling on a Pizza/it would have been great with Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella..
So..I've really gone in that direction..useing Apple Pie Filling--on a pizza..
Cheese Doodles..are the most enticing foods for a snack--but I eat about 2-bags per year..
..about 4-bags of potato chips..per year..
I might use 6--10 PowerBARS in a year..
The Little Debbie Swiss Rolls is NEW--I've done that twice so far..but its really delicious.

Gorging on sugar and salt.

Special K bars. You can try Grain wheat crackers. Also you can try the nuti grain bars, natural valley granola bars.

Snack-a-jacks are quite good, same goes for Weight Watchers crisps. Just keep it to an average of <100 calories per pack, and don't consume more than one :)
