How does a Chocolate profiterole taste like?!

it tastes like pastery, lots of cream and like chocolate sauce... the fresh ones in bakeries are alot nicer.... fresh cream adn the chocoalte sauce is so nice... but the ones you buy, the cream is all.... how ot explain it? kinda hard and onto liek cream adn the sauce is to sickly sweet!
so the fresh ones are like a 9/10 and the ones you buy are maybe a 5/10!!
