How many calories are in a bacon sandwitch?!
3 rashons of bacon
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of mayo (Helmans)
2 white tea cakes (Warbatons)
Flora Pro active (Slim slither)
3 handfulls of lettuce with onions
Also is this a good lunch like once a week? and will it make me fat? xD

Once a week it's ok. However the problem is not in how many calories it has but the way you combine the food in the sandwich. Combining carbs with fat is always bad and if you do it often it could increase your body weight. Only mayo in itself has both fat and carbs. But even if you cut that out, the tea cakes are carbs and the bacon is fat. Nevertheless treating yourself once in a while to something you enjoy is important for your state of mind. Enjoy your baconsandwichh!

if you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight
if you consume less calories than you burn, you will loose weight
if you consume the same amount of calories yo burn, you will stay the same weight.
